Heavy floors, done in phases

Industrial floors fail at the joints, under the wheels and wherever fluid sits.

We build thicker where the traffic is, harder where wheels turn and chemical-resistant where things spill.

Racking and freight move to one side while the other is coated, then swap. Grinding and coating run off-shift.

Each zone has a return-to-service time agreed in writing before we start.

Heavy epoxy, chemical topcoat

A thicker build for dropped steel, sparks and hydraulic fluid, with hatched safety zones around presses and welding bays.

Installed over a weekend or a planned shutdown.

How a floor gets made

The same six stages on a two-car garage and a distribution center. The ones nobody sees decide how long the floor lasts.

We measure, look at traffic, chemicals, drains and heat, and ask how your operation runs before we name a system.
